Vision

TsubomiGakko Pokhara is a Japan based non-governmental organization truly non-religious dedicated to improving the lives of the children of Nepal.

Mission Statement

TsubomiGakko Pokhara is committed to improving the lives of ALL kids in Nepal through clothing, food, health-care and most importantly, education. Part of this will be achieved by providing school scholarships for fifty deserving students. TsubomiGakko Pokhara is also dedicated to helping educate poor parents about their children’s needs. Children targeted by the program are generally those hardest hit by economic, social and political problems.

Key Programs

  1. To fulfill the basic needs of children under 18 everywhere in Nepal; this includes accommodation, clothing, food, health and especially education.
  2. To provide a school scholarship for 50 children every year
  3. To create awareness among poor parents to the needs of their children.
  4. To target those children in special programs, who have been affected by domestic violence, civil war and other severe political and or social circumstances.
  5. To improve the abysmal situation of Nepali street children thus to help improve the general living conditions of children in Nepal.
