Pursue manufacture/assebly schema used in Germany. Corporate welfare to defray cost of employing Americans. Further, refund employers a tiny portion of employees payroll tax. Increase refund for union cooperation,benefits,insurance,pension...everything that lightens the load on the public dime w/o sacrifing quality of life or security.
